10 minutes ago I completed a long, yet surprisingly pleasant four hour trip home from the home of football, where I witnessed the mighty Arsenal whip the sorry Spurs. Unfortunately I now have to get my glad rags on an attend a friends wedding reception (sorry for missing the ceremony Phil but you understand); which means the bulk of the mickey taking will have to wait till tomorrow. However, I just thought I’d nip one in before I went.

If the Spurs fans are to be believed, and we all know how much they love to hear themselves speak and always think they’re right, Arsenal are a one man team. Now considering that that one man, Thierry Henry, was side lined for today’s fixture, Spurs were in effective, beaten by a ‘No-Man’ team.

Arsenal went one nil up when nobody in particular slipped the ball through to no-one who then superbly slotted the ball past Fatty Robinson.

The Gunners doubled their money when no-one at all was brought down in the box and captain for the day, Nobody, drilled the ball home.

The cherry on a finely iced cake came when Nobody once again fired home a penalty after Jenas fouled in the Spurs box.

How embarrassing to lose to a ‘No-Man’ team.

‘Have you ever seen Tottenham win the league?………….’
