Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has been speaking about his delight at scoring the winner against Swansea City as he registered his 50th Arsenal strike.

Hosting the side at the Emirates Stadium for the game, the visitors took the lead through Sam Clucas in the 22nd minute, but a second half fightback saw goals from Sead Kolasinac and Ramsey secure all three points on the day.

Speaking to the Official Site as he met with the media post game, Ramsey was naturally delighted to notch up his 50th club goal.

‘I`m delighted to reach 50 goals for this club. Hopefully there`s a few more to come yet!’

With pleasure at the goal, the more important part of the weekend was in taking the win and all three points and that certainly wasn’t lost on him.

‘I`m just delighted to have played a part in winning this game today. They`re a quality team and it was difficult in the first half. But we stuck at it, we knew we had the quality and it`s important to win at home. I`m just delighted that we won the game today and we kept our 100 per cent winning record at home.’

He went on to add.

‘We have quality players throughout this team and down the left-hand side today, we were more dangerous. We`re delighted to have these sorts of players in the team who can create opportunities and I`m pleased to be a part of that.’

As for our home start to the campaign this year, the Welshman ended by saying.

‘We`ve started well at home this season and we got a good win away from home last weekend. We want to build on that, become stronger away from home and hopefully continue this run that we`re on as well.’
