West Ham – The New Super Power?

It has been confirmed that West Ham have sealed the transfer of the summer by landing Argentinian pair, Tevez & Mascherano.

Arsenal had been firmly tipped to land these two world class players as their agent had confirmed that they would be moving to an English club, and I don’t think I was alone in thinking that it would have been Arsenal, Chelsea or Man Utd.

However, it has been confirmed by the players, the clubs and the players agents that they will indeed land the pair on a years loan.

I must say fair play to the staff at West Ham in pulling off what appears to be one of the most sensational transfers seen in a long long time.

I’ll admit to being fairly jealous as I feel Mascherano would have strengthen our midfiled no end.
