The result for the latest Vital Arsenal poll says that Arsene Wenger needs to spend some serious cash on strengthening our defence.
A whopping 80% believe that defensive players should be on the top of Arsene Wenger’s shopping list this summer.
With Lauren, Phileppe Senderos & Clichy injured, the departure of Sol Campbell and the imprending departure of Cashley Cole, we have been left extremely weakened at the back.
Wenger himself admitted he was searching for a centre back who could also play on the left, but to date nothing had come up.
