Anything but a Brighton victory over Southampton – at St Mary’s – and the Seagulls could drop into the relegation zone. However, for this to happen either their host, West Brom – who go to Manchester City – and bottom side Swansea – playing host to Arsenal – need to record victories.
It seems a matter of when and not if Man City will win the title, City go into these games 12 points clear of nearest challengers Manchester United – who head to Tottenham – and 15 above champions Chelsea, who host Bournemouth.
