Arsenal`s Lukas Podolski looks set to join Inter Milan after arriving in Italy to be greeted by hundreds of Inter fans and sporting a blue and black scarf.
Podolski, widely considered the most leathal finisher at Arsenal (but being a little too static), has struggled to get much game time in the last 12 months and has become frustrated that players such as Yaya Sanogo are ahead of him in the pecking order.
Only hours after Arsene Wenger claimed he wanted the German forward to stay in North London Podolski touched down on Italian soil.
The Arsenal manager has also said Sanogo could leave to go on loan this transfer window which would leave Arsenal with only 2 senior strikers, a situation not too dissimilar to the centre back issue at the start of the season.
