Former Arsenal captain and Arsenal legend, Patrick Vieira, will return home for one last visit after Arsenal were paired with Juventus in the quarter finals of the Champion’s League.
Paddy was with us for nine glorious years, and brought us moments that we will never forget, but all this will be cast aside when ‘The Old Lady’ pays a visit to the home of football.
Vieira was obviously moved and excited about his return home.
‘At times fate can surprise you,’ he confessed, ‘but I had a feeling this might happen.
‘Obviously it will be a very personal challenge for me, particularly to go back to Highbury as [a member of] the opposition.
‘But, putting my emotions aside, I can only think about the fact that we have to win.’
