Not Cole But Carrick

In an article earlier this week, I wrote of the possibility (asuming that Lorenzo Sanz wasn’t lying, which he probably was) of Ashley Cole departing from North London and heading for the Bernabeau, after Sanz claimed he had captured the signature of an Englishman.

Well if he is to be believed (which he probably isn’t) then a player will be departing North London, but it is Ashley Cole, it’s Tottenham’s Michael Carrick.

Sanz originally said,

‘Those four players are, not to give many clues, two from Inter, another one is Portuguese and the fourth is English.’

And with the mountains of speculation surrounding Ashley Cole, I naturally asumed the transfer could be viable, obviously not.
The pre-election jibber-jabba is in full swing, with candidates making up lies left right and centre in what can only be described as a farce.

Sanz said,

‘We have agreements both with the players and their clubs,’

‘These players have agreements with my technical staff who, if we win the election, will resign if we are not able to carry out the deals on Monday.’

‘They are Dutch defender Khalid Boulahrouz, Italian defender Gianluca Zambrotta, England midfielder Michael Carrick, Brazil midfielder Emerson and Argentinian midfielder Fernando Gago, who plays for Boca Juniors.’

Real Madrid candidates has sunk to an all time low over these elections and are fabricating some of the biggest fibs ever told in order to get ahead.

While nothing would make me happier than seeing Tottenham’s prized asset flee the coop, I doubt very much whether this scum bag is telling the truth.
