Let’s Send Utd To Bridge As Champs

After a solid display from Man Utd at City today, just a draw with Chelsea tomorrow would be enough to send our old enemies to Stamford Bridge as Champions in their midweek clash.

As much as I have hated Untied over the years, Old Purple Nose has built a team of football players who give their all to play the game in the style as was originally intended, and whilst Fergie has spent a pretty penny it’s nothing compared to Team Evil who have tried their best to ruin football, players and their careers.

I have a raging dislike for Alex Ferguson, however the United manager has shown more class, more guile and more dignity than Josie could ever muster in this seasons title race. I also recall the United players reluctantly form a guard of honour for the visiting Chelsea shortly after they were crowned Champions a year or two ago, can you see Moaninho could ever do that off his own back? Doubt it.

So while I’d hate to see Man Utd back at the summit of English football, it would be a victory for the game itself to deny this once likeable team it’s third successive title.

In the unlikely event that Chelsea do become only the second team to win at Ashburton Grove, we will all get the pleasure of watching United wipe the smiles from the faces of the arrogant Chelsea supporters.
