Love it or hate it, “Silly Season” is in full swing and despite the fact that 99% of the transfer rumours we read are completely fabricated some of them simply have to be true otherwise no players would move anywhere.

It has become apparent over the past few days that the speculation surrounding Alexis Sanchez and Mathieu Debuchy is a little more than just smoke a mirrors, in fact many sources have stated that the deals are all but done, so it begs the question, what`s the hold up?

Could it be that the Gunners have been preparing to parade their new players on the same day they unveil their new football strip in partnership with Puma?

Today is the long awaited “Launch day” of the new kit after Arsenal ended a long term deal with Nike (good riddance Nike, you`ve made very few shirts I like) after The Gunners negotiated a bumper deal with Puma, arming them further with money to compete for signings such as Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

So will today be the day we see new signing? Will we see the new players paraded in a shiny new kit? Or am I just getting too caught up in silly season?
