Arsne Wenger has been handed a further two match ban by UEFA following an apparent infringement of the law as the Frenchman served a one match ban following last season`s defeat against Barcelona in the knock out stages of the CL.

Wenger, Pat Rice and Boro Primorac were clearly seen to be communicating with each other through the use of mobile phones and club physios, and UEFA say this was breaking the conditions of the suspnesion he was serving.

Arsenal however claim they were given the all clear for Rice to communicate with Boro Primorac during the game and plan to appeal the suspension.

Should the suspension be upheld, Wenger will miss the 2nd leg of the important qualifier against Udinese this Wednesday ? and then the following European match, which could be the 1st group stage game of this season`s Champions League, or next season`s Europa League if Wenger doesn`t get his finger out and sign some players.
