Arsene Wenger has named the 18-man squad that will travel to the San Siro on Tuesday when Arsenal face AC Milan.
As Vital Arsenal reported, Van Persie will return. He’s joined by Eboue, who missed the Aston Villa game through suspension.
However, Kolo Toure has not made the trip after failing to recover from an injury sustained in the first leg.
