Despite a shaky couple of games in the last few weeks Arsenal have had a good season and Arsene Wenger is hoping to sign off this year`s league campaign with a convincing win against West Brom on Sunday.

The Gunners look to cement 3rd place with at least a point (but in honesty as long as we don`t lose 6-0 we`ll be alright) this weekend, but Wenger doesn`t want the season to just fade away and plans on going out with a bang.

He said “”It`s a big warning because we have a home game and we want to finish the job, we want to finish on a high at the Emirates and we want our fans to go home happy, full of hope for next season.”

“We have fought very hard to directly qualify for the Champions League and we want to get over the line and finish the job, which we couldn`t do on Wednesday night [against Sunderland]. We want to do it in a convincing way on Sunday.”

“Will I rest one or two players? Certainly. What is most important for me is for us to win the game on Sunday. We have enough experience in our dressing room to know that what is important is the next competition.”

A win on Sunday, and a good one at that will not only give us hope for next season but a huge boost of confidence going into this year`s biggest game, the FA Cup final.
