Three youngsters have sealed themselves loan spells out of Arsenal for the second half of the 2017/18 campaign.

Julio Pleguezuelo heads out to the Spanish second division for a spell with Gimnastic de Tarragona.

It’s another loan spell out for experience for our Under 23 captain, as he made 15 appearances whilst with Real Mallorca last season.

Chuba Akpom has headed to Belgium for a spell with Sint-Trudense in their top flight.

Having been with Arsenal since the age of 6, he now has 12 senior appearances to his name and has also taken in loan spells with Coventry City, Brentford, Nottingham Forest, Hull City and Brighton.

He featured for England in last summer’s Under 21 Championship out in Poland where he scored three times in five appearances.

Finally, Jeff Reine-Adelaide has moved to French club Angers for the remainder of the campaign.

Having arrived from Lens back in 2015, he now has eight senior appearances to his name and is a regular for our Under 23 side.

Hopefully all three will get good game time in the coming months.
