Arsenal take on Newcastle United at The Grove this evening after a decent, yet meaningless win over Galatasaray in the Champions League midweek, as they attempt to patch together some kind of form going into the busy Christmas period.
Newcastle, who have themselves had a difficult period so far this season have now started to string together some results culminating in a terrific win over Chelsea last weekend courtesy of a brace from Pasis Cisse.
Fresh off the victory over Galatasaray Arsenal will be without Calum Chambers who is suspended and Aaron Ramsey failed to be fit enough in time. Mathieu Debuchy will fill in at centre half will Bellerin playing at right back.
