It has been announced that the BBC have selected Arsenal’s FA Cup trip to Sutton United at Gander Green Lane for television treatment.

This game has been scheduled to take place at their ground on Monday 20th February. In order to accommodate the cameras the match will kick off at 7:55pm. This will precede the quarter-final draw, which will take place on Sunday.

Sutton are the lowest ranked side left in the fifth round draw – fellow non-league side Lincoln will look to upset Burnley – and will aim to cause the biggest upset so far in this seasons FA Cup.

The non-league side have already secured upset victories over Football League sides Cheltenham, Wimbledon and Leeds this season. Arsenal will be looking to ensure Sutton aren’t able to make us the biggest scalp of all.

If the Gunners did crash out at Gander Green Lane this would arguably be seen as the greatest upset in FA Cup history and this is why the Beeb cameras are in attendance as they’ll want this!
