It was being reported yesterday that Juventus had rejected an offer from Arsenal for Juan Cuadrado.

Claiming an exclusive, the Sun said that with the expectation that Alexis Sanchez would be off this summer, Arsene Wenger had already identified his replacement in Cuadrado but an opening offer of £17.6million had been rejected by Juve.

The Colombian is also said to be interesting Tottenham Hotspur but Juventus are looking for around the £30million mark before they will entertain a sale.

The 67 time capped international only completed his permanent move to Juventus last May when a clause in his loan deal from Chelsea triggered the permanent obligation.

The 29 year old had been out on loan at Juventus since August 2015 with his time at Chelsea limited to only four starts with eleven substitute appearances.
