Arsenal are back in the driving seat for 4th place after Spurs were beaten by Manchester United today.

All that is needed between now and the end of the season is simply to win our 4 remaining games, this will ensure Champion’s League football at the Emirates next season.

Two goals from Wayne Rooney saw the tiny totts slump to a 2-1 defeat after Jenas grabbed a consolation goal.

This is all excellent news for our beloved Gunners who now have their destiny in their own hands, with the first test of our metal being the must win, most important North London derby in years.

A win is imperative, a draw would leave us needing Spurs to draw at least one game (with us having a far superior goal difference), a loss would all but see us in the UEFA cup next year.

Good news on our side is the injury to Tottenham captain Ledley King who will more than likely miss the rest of the season. Spurs look frail and shakey at the back without the England international, they will struggle against the pace and ferocity of Henry and the trickery of Alex Hleb.

However, nothing in football in a certainty and Saturday will see the most heated, frantic, important London derby for decades.

Bring it on.
