Is Jol Feeling Sorry For Himself?

Comments credited to Martin Jol have got me wondering whether the big Dutch fella is feeling a little bit sorry for himself.

It’s well documented that the fans over at White Hart Lane are split over whether Jol is the right man to take Spurs to the next level or not, indeed over at our sister site there has been many pro, and anti Jol articles.

Well is appears that MJ is a little envious of Arsene Wenger’s position whereby he can win no silverware yet still be praised come the end of the season.

‘It’s great. You bring a lot of players through your big club, Arsenal, and you still get praised at the end of the season and they are out of all the competitions.’ said Jol

‘That is unbelievable if you can do that as a manager. I hope I can do that in the future because that would be a fine position.’

It’ll be interesting to see who will be envious of who come the full time whistle tomorrow.
