Arsenal face in form West Ham United at Upton Park on Saturday lunch time and Le Boss has been delivering the customary injury update.

We`ve been fairly hamstrung so far this season but as we draw the end of this unsuccessful (?) campaign we`re getting the majority of our players back just in time to wave goodbye to the Premier League which is looking more and more like to be heading, incredibly, to Leicester City.

Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla have been huge misses for us recently whilst the long term absence of Jack Wilshere might have been noticed by one or two. Arsene Wenger has given updates on all the missing players.

Aaron Ramsey & Mathieu Flamini could feature this weekend.

“We have a similar squad available. Ramsey could join the squad again because he had a good training session on Wednesday and would normally have a final test on Friday. There`s a possibility he could be back in the squad.”

“Flamini is in a similar situation to Ramsey.”

Whilst Cazorla and Ox are not a million miles away.

“Santi and Alex [Oxlade-Chamberlain] are the only injuries now. At the moment we [are waiting] on Alex coming back to fitness and Santi to practise. They should not be too far. Overall, the injury situation looks quite good.”

Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky will attempt to gain match fitness with the under 21s tonight. Presumably Rosicky will count as two under 21s players?!

“Tomas Rosicky and Jack Wilshere will play for the under-21s on Friday night.”

Here endeth the injury update.

So say we all.
