These new clubs are in England too meaning there’s a very good chance of coming up against one in the Premier League with it a possibility of facing the other in cup competition this season.

Mathieu Flamini has been without a club since leaving Arsenal but has now penned a deal with Crystal Palace whereas Nicklas Bendtner has been free since leaving Wolfsburg with him joining Nottingham Forest.

Flamini’s second spell with Arsenal came to an end in the summer when Arsene Wenger released the man he had brought back from AC Milan with the Frenchman signing a deal with Palace until the end of the season.

The Arsenal spell for ‘Lord’ Bendtner ended in 2014 when the Danish international signed for Wolfsburg.

However a spell troubled by disciplinary problems resulted in him scoring just the three-goals in 31-matches for the German club and he was released in April remaining without a club since. He’s back in England after signing a two-year deal at Forest with him now aiming to help them out of the Championship and back into the Premier League.

Good luck to them both, unless they come up against us!
