Alex Ferguson has confirmed that Arsenal Football Club have asked his people to produce a dosier of the abuse he and his staff alledegly recieved at Ashburton Grove last Saturday.

The United manager claim he and his staff suffered ‘obscene’ abuse at the hands of Gooners sat only yards away, proclaiming there is ‘a very real danger’ at the Arsenal stadium.

‘Arsenal have asked our security people to compile a report on the incident,’ he said.

‘But I am sure they will have CCTV cameras in the ground that would have allowed them to pick up what happened.’

Is it just me or is Fergie backing out a little bit here? If there is a ‘very real danger’ then things have been set in motion to rid our stadium of these supposed morons, and the UTD manager should be backing this play.

Surely SAF is not so old and senile that he believes a football stadium CCTV system can pick up individual voices of each and every of the 60,161 supporters in the ground? Any camera footage wouldn’t be conclusive as we have no idea of what was said in the confrontation, for all we know the ‘offenders’ could have shouted ‘Hey Fergie, your team is shite’ and that’s hardly abuse to moan about now is it?

No, I think he is back tracking because, as suspected, the old man has blown this out of all proportion in a desperate and pathetic attempt to wind everyone at Arsenal Football Club up.

Rumbled.
