Late yesterday afternoon the Football Association confirmed the details for this year’s FA Cup Final at Wembley against Chelsea.

With Arsenal overcoming Manchester City at the national stadium in the Semi Finals and Chelsea coming past Tottenham Hotspur, it has now been confirmed that the Final of the competition will take place at 5.30pm on Saturday May 27.

The game will be screened live on both BBC One and BT Sport 2.

Ticket allocations for the final remain the same as 2016 with each club being handed a sum of 28,000 tickets each which, following an increase in 2016, represents 80% of the allocation of the stadium.

Club Wembley members and those enjoying a rich day out will fill the remaining 20%, along with an allocation roughly 14,000 tickets which will go back to the ‘football family’ for distribution to the likes of volunteers who represent counties, leagues, local clubs and charities.

Ticket prices were also reduced last year and for this season continue to be priced at £45, £65, £85 and £115 for adults. A concessions policy in conjunction with both clubs will also apply to the match.

Following agreement between both Arsenal and Chelsea, Arsenal fans will be in the east end of the stadium, whilst Chelsea will take the west end.
