I’ve been rather disappointed to see that many news agencies, and even one or two Arsenal blogs, have being reporting that Arsenal’s in form striker Eduardo, is looking to leave Arsenal.

The artist formerly known as Dudu, has stated that at some point in his career he would like to play in Brazil, and finally finish up his career in his other home nation, Croatia.

Eduardo was quoted as saying ‘I want to play a season in Brazil but to close my career at Dinamo.’

Due to the fact we live in a sensationalist bullshit world, all major media outlets have mauled his quote and taken them all out of context, no surprise there, the big disappointment is seeing Arsenal fans jump on this bandwagon.

Gone are the days of one club players, it will be very rare to see the likes of Tony Adams or Matthew Le Tissier ever again, and we need to accept that.

It seems rather hypocritical to get on the Crozillian’s back about his statement considering Gooners spend a lot of their time telling rival supporters that Cesc Fabregas isn’t going anywhere despite the little Spaniard making similar claims.

Let’s just let Eduardo get on with what he does best.
