Ashley Cole will not be fit in time for the Champions League semi final, but he is back in training, and will play for the reserves on Wednesday.
Cole has not played 90 minutes since way back in October, and continues to battles to become fit for his club and country.
If Ash can regain full fitness it’s more than possible he will play in the two biggest cup final’s in the footballing world, as both Arsenal and England are among the favorites to reach the final of their respective competitions.
Wenger confirmed,
?Ashley Cole will not be involved [in the Villarreal match]as it was only his second training session with the team today. He will play in the Reserves on Wednesday so we will see how that goes. He is making progress.?
