It has been confirmed that German referee, Felix Brych will take charge of Wednesday evening’s Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain.

With the next game of the Champions League taking place at the Emirates Stadium at 7.45pm (GMT) on Wednesday November 23, it will be Brych’s first time officiating Arsenal this season.

From what I can find so far in the 2016/17 season, he has taken in 12 matches in total, with a return of 61 yellow cards and one red card.

His highest card count this year was the Bundesliga tie between Borussia Dortmund and Schalke where he showed eight yellow cards. He also showed eight in the World Cup qualifier between Italy and Spain in October.

Hopefully the affair will not see numbers like those, unless they feature for PSG as that would help Arsenal down the line.

Referee: Felix Brych
Assistants: Mark Borsch and Stefan Lupp
