If Arsenal aren’t able to tie down Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, very nearly moving into the final year of his current deal with the Gunners, the England midfielder doesn’t have a shortage of suitors.

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal’s inability to agree a new deal with Oxlade-Chamberlain, 23, has seen Chelsea join Liverpool and Manchester City in holding an interest in signing him.

Reportedly growing ‘increasingly frustrated’ at the lack of talks over an extended deal, which Arsene Wenger has insisted he’s keen on handing Oxlade-Chamberlain, he’s apparently using his holiday to ‘consider his next move.’

One of a number of players Arsenal risk losing on a free transfer next summer, Oxlade-Chamberlain’s versatility to play in a range of midfield and attacking areas, finishing last season as a wing-back under Wenger, is clearly appealing to a number of Premier League rivals.

Let’s get a deal done and dusted with the Ox, in fact it’s long overdue the time when clarification on all the would-be 2018 out-of-contract players’ futures are resolved once and for all.
