Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas has been named the Barclays Player of the Month.

Cesc has put in a string of sterling performances for the Gunners in the month of January, and has become one of the most highly rated midfielders in the world.

Let’s hope the young Spaniard keeps up his performances, starting with Wigan tomorrow.

  • Fabregas has performed since da start of dis season….but personally i think henry deserves it he has been amazing in january…SCORED IN ALL OF DA JAN PREMIERSHIP MATCHS…(charlton ,blackburn ,manchester united) any way its gud as long as a gunner gets it,,,!

  • The only criminal thing (other than Chelsea’s money) is that Wenger didn’t get manager of the month!

  • how did Rafa get the Manager award? for the 9 goals in 2 cup games or for the successful takeover? tosh. As far as general Cesc, he deserves it more than anyone. My respect, young man!

  • Well done Cesc! It’s about time too! I’m glad Wenger didn’t get the award though Sim as it’s a bit of a curse that thing.

  • Fabregas absolutely deserves this award. Congrats to him and may I say, I think it’s a good enough reason for me to get drunk as well. >.>
