Bobby Wants Another Year At Arsenal?

French TV Channel TF1 reported that one time dazzling Robert Pires would like to spend his one last year in the red and white.

The quote: ‘After my two years here (Villareal), I would love to play one last season for Arsenal.’

As much as I think he’s past his best, I love Bobby (especially for all those goals against the Sp*rs:) and one thing he could offer Arsenal is an abundance of experience for a number of youngsters currently playing for us.

Probably not going to happen, however surely worth mentioning after the avalanche of great memories that swamped me when I saw this. Good luck Bobby, whatever happens.
