Sky Sports, in the past 24 hours or so, has claimed Arsenal, Everton, Manchester City and AC Milan have all proposed contract offers to Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac.

His contract with Schalke is up at the end of the season so Kolasinac is free to negotiate a deal elsewhere with Sky sources reporting this Premier League interest along with that of AC Milan – who are now under Chinese ownership.

According to Sky Sports a decision HADN’T been made and Kolasinac could yet sign a new deal with his current German club? This was an ‘outside chance’ but this Sky report also cited Sky in Italy as saying ‘he will sign for Arsenal.’

Such claims were followed up by the Daily Mail, who reported the Bosnian international has decided to come to Arsenal now that it’s likely Arsene Wenger will remain in North London? In fact the Mail say the left back has been informed this WILL be the case and he’ll become the first choice left back.

This uncertainty over Wenger was seen as a stumbling block to a deal for Kolasinac, 23, who has now agreed a four year deal?
