Earlier this evening Arsenal and Everton discovered their Group Stage Europa League opposition.

Having finished fifth in the Premier League last season, Arsenal are in the Europa League for the first time in 20 years and they find themselves in Group H alongside Bate Borisov, Cologne and Red Star Belgrade.

Having qualified for the Group Stage through the Play Off route, Everton are in the competition for the first time since 2014/15 and they go into Group E alongside Lyon, Atalanta and Apollon Limassol.

Lyon host the final on May 16, 2018 this season.

The 48 team Group Stage begins on September 14.
