Arsenal Board Listen To Fans Shocker

Every now and again, although not as often as we’d like, the board of our wonderful club listen to what we, the paying fans, are saying.

We all know that Ashburton Grove is the most aesthetically pleasing stadium in Europe, but if it wasn’t for the 60,000 people wearing Arsenal shirts, you’d struggle to find a shred of evidence to which club the stadium belongs to.

Well the supporters group ‘AISA’ have recently confirmed that after many discussions, the horrible grey rings separating the tiers will now be decorated, apparently starting at the Everton match tomorrow.

The lower-most tier will be made available to advertisers (suprise suprise) to pay to have their hoardings displayed at the best club stadium around.

The middle tier will bear the logo of Arsenal.com & other such Arsenal advertising.

Whilst the top tier (by far my favorite option) will bear banners with the names (or pictures, I’m not sure) of all the trophies Arsenal has ever won. Will they all fit?

The club have not stated which ring will be seen to first, but I’d hazard a guess at the advertising.

Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to have considered the last of these options but after testing it showed their banners only covered 12 feet of their stadium 😛
