It would appear that Arsenal are not the only team lady luck likes to sh*t, as Arsenal’s Champions League opponents were dealt a blow in midfield.

Arsenal could be missing as many as six players when they fly out to Milan this evening, including Kolo Toure and Robin Van Persie.

Milan are likely to be missing their best player on Tuesday as Kaka is still struggling with his re-occuring knee unjury, while Dutchman Clarence Seedorf has been ruled out. Kaka’s fellow countryman Emerson is also a doubt.

While it’s never nice to hear of an injury to a player, these short-term injuries to key players are a massive boost for Arsenal as they look to progress to the quater-final. Something they failed to do last year.

Even with those three players missing Arsenal face a massive test in Mialn on Tuesday. It’s the sort of game Arsene Wenger will want after two poor results in the Premiership. It’s a chance to send confidence through the roof.

If one man is going to be relieved about Kaka likely absence, it’s Flamini. Although he had the Brazillian tucked away nicely in his top pocket for the moajority of the first leg, he’s a player that can tear anyone apart if he’s on his game.
